Mahidol University Scholarships 2024 for International Students

In the spirit of fostering global academic excellence and in celebration of “The 60th Year Supreme Reign of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej,” Mahidol University is proud to announce the “Mahidol Postgraduate Scholarships 2024” for international students.

Sponsorship Package of Mahidol University Postgrad Scholarship

The scholarship is categorized into two types:

• Type 1 (Full Scholarship): Covers all educational fees and a living allowance.
• Type 2 (Partial Scholarship): Covers 80% of educational fees, with no living allowance.

And the benefits of both are mentioned below:

• Full or Partial Tuition Fee Waiver: Type 1 Scholarship covers full tuition and living expenses; Type 2 Scholarship offers an 80% tuition waiver.
• Living Allowance: For Type 1 recipients, a monthly stipend is provided.
• Health Insurance and Other Financial Supports: Including a physical examination fee and summer semester fees, if applicable.

Scholarship Duration

• Doctoral Degree: Up to 3 years.
• Master’s Degree: Up to 2 years.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Academic Excellence: High CGPA from the previous degree.
• English Proficiency: IELTS, TOEFL iBT, MU ELT, or MU GRAD Plus scores as specified.
• Age Limit: Maximum 40 years for Master’s and 45 years for Doctoral applicants.
• Additional Requirements: No other scholarships being received, submission of a motivational essay.

Application Process:

1. Online Application: Apply for your chosen program through Mahidol University’s admission portal.
2. Scholarship Application: Apply for the scholarship through the same portal.
3. Required Documents:
   • Academic Transcripts.
   • English Proficiency Test Results.
   • Motivational Essay (not exceeding 1,000 words).
   • Any additional documents as specified by the chosen program.

Application Deadline:

Applications for the “2024 Mahidol Postgraduate Scholarships” must be submitted by the deadline of 31 May 2024.
