C2F Scholarship Application Submission Requirements:
1# Acceptance Letter is Mandatory
You must secure a supervisor (mentor) from Chulalongkorn University before applying. Applications without a confirmed professor will not be considered.
2# Online Application Required (https://c2f.chula.ac.th/scholarship/phd/)
Both the PhD applicant and the supervisor must submit their applications via the Grant Gateway
3# GPA Requirements:

- For Master’s holders: minimum GPA of 3.50
- For Bachelor’s holders: GPA of 3.25 (if university is in QS Top 500) or 3.50 (if not in QS Top 500).
C2F Scholarship Application Deadline
The last date to apply for the C2F High Potential PhD Scholarship 2025 at Chulalongkorn University is 30 May 2025, and the results will be officially announced on 1 July 2025.
