The 2247-C Intern Researcher Scholarship Program (STAR) by TÜBİTAK has officially extended its application deadline for the 1st Term of 2025 for both undergraduate students and teachers.
What is the STAR Program?
The STAR (Intern Researcher Scholarship Program) is designed to encourage undergraduate students and teachers to take part in research activities by working on scientific projects. These projects are either:
- Funded by TÜBİTAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye)
- Conducted in TÜBİTAK institutes
- Supported under the Research Universities Support Program (ADEP) of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK)
This initiative gives selected students and teachers the chance to contribute to innovative science and gain real experience in research environments across Türkiye.
Who Can Apply?
- Undergraduate students currently enrolled in a university (international students studying in Türkiye are also eligible)
- Teachers who want to participate in research and scientific collaboration
