Scholarship Details and Benefits
This initiative is part of the Scotland Pakistan Scholarship Scheme, designed to make higher education more accessible to women. The scholarships are available for candidates pursuing either:
- A four-year undergraduate degree at an HEC-recognized university
- A two-year master’s or MPhil degree at an HEC-recognized university
The scholarship provides the following key benefits:

- Travel expenses to and from the university twice a year for those staying in on-campus hostels
Eligible Fields of Study

- Education

- STEM (for Master’s degrees only)
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Scotland Pakistan Scholarships for Young Women and Girls 2024, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a Pakistani national currently residing in Pakistan
- Be pursuing a two-year master’s degree or four-year bachelor’s degree in one of the eligible fields listed above
