  • Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV)
  • Another AEWV (if you’re changing jobs)

This is particularly useful for those required to work exclusively for accredited employers under the terms of their visa.

How to Use the Tool?

To search for an accredited employer, you’ll need either:

  • The New Zealand Business Number (NZBN) — a 13-digit unique identifier for businesses,
    OR
  • The company name or trading name (enter at least the first three characters).

The employer list is updated daily to reflect new accreditations and renewals. However, some employers may opt out of being listed, so if an employer does not appear, it’s advised to check directly with the employer about their accreditation status.
