    • Return Airfare: The scholarship covers return airfare from the student’s country of origin to Mauritius at the beginning and end of the academic program.

Eligibility Criteria:

    • Undergraduate Programs: Applicants must be 18 years or older but not yet 26 by January 1, 2026.
    • MPhil, MPhil/PhD, and PhD Programs: Applicants should be under 40 years of age by January 1, 2026.
    • Applicants must have already applied for a full-time, on-campus program at one of Mauritius’ public Higher Education Institutions listed in the official guidelines.

Duration of the Scholarship:

    • Undergraduate Diploma: Up to 3 years.
    • Undergraduate Degree: Up to 4 years.
    • MPhil: 2 years, with an additional 6 months for thesis defense.
    • MPhil/PhD: 4 years, with an additional 6 months for thesis defense.
    • PhD: 3 years, with an additional 6 months for thesis defense.
