Who Can Apply?

To qualify for the Excellence in Ethics Scholarship, applicants must:

  • Legal Status: Be a lawful U.S. permanent resident or citizen.
  • Law School Enrollment: Be currently enrolled in or accepted to a U.S. law school.
  • Essay Submission: Submit a 1,000-word (or more) essay discussing the importance of pro-bono legal work.
  • Application: Complete and submit the application form.
  • First-Time Winners: Applicants must not have received this scholarship in a previous year.
